How do I know which size to order?
Next to the list of available sizes for the selected product you will find a “Sizing Guide” that will help you choose the right size for you.
Can I cancel or change the information after placing an order?
You can cancel or change your order details before it gets shipped. To do that send us an email to email@example.com
How can I use a discount code?
In the first phase of purchasing a product (“Summary”) you will find a field where you can enter your promotional code.
What are the delivery times?
Deliveries to mainland Portugal take between 1-3 working days. For other locations see the table below.
Item is not available for immediate purchase. Is there the possibility of being able to buy this item?
When the item is not available for purchase, it is most likely that it is out of stock. To be notified when the product becomes available again, select the “Notify me when product becomes available” button.
Do I need to register on the site to make a purchase?
It is not necessary to register to make a purchase. However, it is essential that you enter your email in order to process your order, sending the invoice and contact you in case of return of the product.
How can I create an account on the Working Safe website?
To create an account on our website, click on the “Login/Register” icon in the top menu. Then fill in your email in “Create customer account?”, select “Continue” and fill in the fields with the requested information. Finally, click on “Finish” to join the Working Safe group.
I forgot my password. How can I recover my account?
To recover your account you must select "Forgot your password?" and fill in your email where you will be sent a request to recover your account where you will be able to assign a new password.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return an offered item?
Yes, as long as the return is made through the account where the item was purchased.
Can I return items that have been purchased with a Gift Card?
No, for purchases made with gift card we cannot accept the return however you can exchange your article for other model or size.
What is the maximum period for changing the product?
When shopping at Working Safe, you have 30 days to exchange or return a product (Mainland Portugal + Azores + Madeira). For other locations send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it safe to use my credit card to make a purchase?
Yes, all data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. When making payments with credit cards, the CVV (Card Verification Value) security code is required, which is used to protect data for electronic transactions.
What are the payment methods?
Payment methods are MB Way, Bank Transfer (Only in Portugal), Paypal, ATM, Visa, Mastercard, Maestrocard and American Express.
