What are the shipping methods and time?Deliveries to mainland Portugal take between 1-3 working days. For other locations see the table below.
How do I make an exchange request?
Log into your account;
Go to the “Orders” section;
Select the respective order;
Click on Return/Exchange and follow the steps indicated.
If you placed the order as a guest, the exchange or return must be made through the address email@example.com. When the return is received, we carry out the quality control and send the new product or the respective credit. In the event that an eventual anomaly is detected, an expert opinion will be carried out by our services, and a duly substantiated descriptive report will be prepared.
When and how will I receive my refund?
As mentioned, upon receipt of the return, we will check that your product is in compliance and in perfect condition, after this inspection we will proceed to return the money by the same payment method, in case you have used a Gift Card, you can only make an exchange.
Do I have a cost when returning a product?
Our returns are free for mainland Portugal and islands. All you have to do is start the return process and deliver the box (with the label we sent you attached) to a collection point.
The costs of returns outside mainland Portugal or other destinations, are always borne by the customer. Please take this specificity into account in particular, if you are outside the territory exclusively covered by free of charge.
